Tenbyte Limited is a rapidly growing cloud computing company based in Bangladesh. We provide high-quality cloud infrastructure services and video streaming infrastructure as a service.

We’re seeking a Senior SDR who can lead our inbound sales process and help us scale globally. You’ll be working directly with leadership to build our sales engine from the ground up – this isn’t just following scripts, it’s about creating the playbook.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the entire inbound lead qualification process from first touch to handoff
  • Engage prospects across multiple channels – calls, email, LinkedIn, live chat
  • Build relationships with technical decision makers at growing companies
  • Research prospects and accounts to understand their infrastructure needs
  • Update CRM with detailed prospect information and next steps
  • Work with marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
  • Eventually mentor and train junior SDRs as we scale the team

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of inbound SDR experience in SaaS/cloud infrastructure
  • Experience selling technical products to developers or IT teams
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (VPS, CDN, Video Streaming)
  • Excellent English communication skills for global prospects
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Comfortable working across APAC and US time zones when needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in technical sales environments
